Fine Grain Property was seeking a web design company in Singapore to develop a new mobile-friendly website. It had to showcase its various property development projects across Singapore, Asia and Ireland. Similar to the TK Foto website, It also had to be user-friendly, easy to navigate and have a responsive web design. The style and concept of the website also had to match their new brand style guide and integrate with their social media channels. This was the starting point for the font and colour selection. The images are bold and clean to reflect their business philosophy and work ethics.

Once the website had been completed and passed the client UAT, we ran final tests for page loading speeds and SEO best practices. Once complete, we held a training session with the client’s marketing team. This was to ensure that they were comfortable with the WordPress backend and could update the website in-house. As with all website projects, we also provided an extended level of support on sign-off. This ensured a smooth transition from development to deployment.

Our site was quite complex with many connecting pages. The staff at ONEVENT handled the design brief and functionality with great professionalism.
